Adi Associates continues to undertake Visual Impact Assessments, as part of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and as independent studies requested by the Planning Authority in connection with development permit applications. The Company has recently concluded VIAs for the redevelopment of the Mellieha Bay Hotel, as well as new and extended hotels in Gzira, Sliema and St Julians.
