Urban Design Studies for Gzira, Sliema, St Julians, and Mellieha areas

Adi Associates continues to undertake Urban Design Studies, requested by the Planning Authority in connection with development permit applications.  These studies assess the suitability of new development proposals having regard to their townscape context.  They determine how the projects will enhance townscape quality, in meeting the objectives of the Strategic Plan for the Environment and Development (SPED) and the Development Control Design Policy, Guidance and Standards.  Recent UDSs have been undertaken for developments in Gzira, Sliema, St Julians, and Mellieha.
