Our Visual Assessment (VA) service is designed to provide a comprehensive and insightful analysis of the environmental impact of a project from a visual perspective.
VA is a critical component of land use planning and environmental assessment. It involves the evaluation and interpretation of how a project will change and visually integrate in its landscape context.
Our methodology adheres to the national and international guidelines for VA advocated by local authorities, to ensure that projects meet regulatory requirements. Through site-specific analysis of the intrinsic value of the view and the sensitivity of those partaking of the view, the assessment process also ensures that projects being analysed achieve environmental enhancement and become an asset to the community. Integration with our state-of-the-art GIS service and our associated verified photomontage producers, allows us to provide a bespoke service from sight line analysis, Zone of Theoretical Visibility, and Visual Amenity and Landscape Assessment.
