SEA Environment Report for Malta Transport Master Plan 2025

Transport Malta has once again commissioned Adi Associates to carry out the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) for the updated Transport Master Plan, which will guide Malta’s transport sector through to 2030.

Our involvement in this process is not new – we also prepared the first SEA for the National Transport Strategy 2050 and the Transport Master Plan 2025, which was approved by the European Commission.

That earlier work included an initial Scoping Report, followed by a comprehensive Environmental Report that underwent public consultation, ultimately leading to the approval of both the Transport Strategy and the Master Plan.
