We undertake surveys and baselines in-house or through our association with highly qualified and experienced professionals: agriculture, archaeology, cultural heritage, ecology, geology, hydrology, geotechnical, environmental anthropology, marine archaeology, marine and port engineering, environmental engineering, utilities, air quality, noise, vibrations, odours, dispersion modeling, economics, environmental economics, marine biology including benthic surveys, landscape characterisation, visual amenity, land use, real estate demand analysis, traffic counts and modeling, and sub bottom profiling. We also train personnel from government and the private sector in Environmental Management Systems such as EMAS, ISO 14001 and the EU Eco-Label Scheme and assist in the implementation of such schemes. We prepare documents such as Project Description Statements (PDS), Environmental Impact Statements, Environmental Planning Statements, Strategic Environmental Assessments (SEA), Appropriate Assessments in accordance with LN 257/2003 (Habitats Directive), Environmental Management Plans, Waste Management Plans, Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) Applications, Contingency Plans, Traffic Impact Statements (TIS), Traffic Scoping Studies, Social Impact Assessments (SIA), Retail Impact Assessments (RIA), Restoration Plans for cultural heritage features and quarries, Strategic Studies for marinas, Remediation and Decontamination Plans, and provide advice and support on planning applications, objections and Planning Appeals.
