BLUEfasma Living Lab Workshop
Yesterday morning Adrian Mallia, Rachel Decelis, and Eilis McCullough from Adi Associates Environmental Consultants Ltd facilitated a BLUEfasma Living Lab workshop. The topic of the workshop was Safeguarding Coastal Heritage: A Circular Economy Approach.
The event was well-attended, with participants from organisations as diverse as the Malta Tourism Authority, Circular Economy Malta, the Superintendence of Cultural Heritage, the Malta Traditional Boats Association, NatureTrust Malta, and others.
The aim of the workshop was to develop ideas on how circular economy principles can be applied to the maritime sector. The participants came up with several creative ideas for projects to be taken forward by BLUEfasma Living Lab aimed at preserving and using cultural and maritime heritage within a circular economy approach.
