Adi Associates has prepared a number of Site Selection Exercises for development proposals having regard to the National Spatial Strategy outlined in the Strategic Plan for the Environment and Development (SPED), 2015. The SPED advocates a sequential approach to the use of land, with the aim of ensuring the sustainable use of land resources, the efficient use of available space, and the safeguarding of the Rural Area (Outside Development Zone – ODZ). Adi Associates ‘rocked their socks’ for World Down Syndrome Day
Some interesting apparel for staff at the offices of Adi Associates on 21st March 2017! In support of the Down Syndrome Association Malta, and celebrating World Down Syndrome Day, Adi employees came to work wearing crazy coloured socks, the idea being to raise awareness on Down Syndrome.

ERA launches Natura 2000 Management Plans
Following the conclusion of the important contract that Adi Associates led together with Epsilon International for the formulation of Management Plans for the terrestrial Natura 2000 sites in the Maltese Islands, the Environment Resources Authority has recently launched these plans. New EIA Directive
The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Directive (85/337/EEC) has been in force since 1985 and applies to a wide range of public and private projects, as defined in Annexes I and II of the Directive. The 1985 EIA Directive was amended three times and has now been revised by Directive 2014/52/EU. Read more..
